FORMATION SKYDIVING
Training in the wind tunnel provides the individual the opportunity to develop your skydiving skills and focus on your training in a distraction free environment. Fine tune core skills whatever the skill level. Learn and master skills in:
- Neutral box/ Mantis
- Forward & Backwards
- slow fall/ fast fall
- center point turns
- sideslides
- superpositional
WIND TUNNEL TRAINING: These skills are first trained prior to entering the wind tunnel with Isometric and Kenesthetic training to garantee your skill success. Stretching Briefing - 30 minutes Fly time (*variable) – one-on-one coaching debriefing *For better results the flight times are better distributed in sessions of 15 minutes, 20 minute, 30 minute or blocks of one hour.
We provide a goal specific briefing prior to your flight, immediate in air corrections during and thorough debriefing after each session. By setting simple easy and achievable goals making wind tunnel training te most effective way to achieve your peak performance quickly and efficiently.
While in the wind tunnel the first most important goal is to establish a relaxed 'neutral' body position. This provides a stong stable foundation to build upon.
Once this is established you can overlap each fundamental until you have complete freedom to fly any position you desire with precision and ease. Training is designed from simple to complex allowing each preceeding fundamental skill to develop, inhancing each skill with precision and speed garanteeing success.

4-Way training provides any team the opportunity to work angles, grip plans and develop the team dynamics needed for competitive skydiving.
All training requires the use of the correct training tool. If you require a RW suit for your training session and don't already have one Skydive University suggests ordering a Relative Work suit from Michigan suits. Go to www.michigansuits.com
Once you have established a solid base in Formation Skydiving you may want to consider the freefly training program available.

FREEFLY LESSONS
For safety reasons, there are basic procedures to be followed. The flyer needs to show a good control in FS Formation Skydiving. (neutral and stable flight / forward, backwards / turns, up and down).
- Transition from belly to back / back to belly.
- Stable and neutral back fly. Basic knowledge in the motions. -
- Walking forward and backwards over the net.
This is the basic procedure for every one. If you are a very good skydiver, it might take only a few minutes to feel comfortable in the wind tunnel and get through the safety procedures before we start freefly in vertical positions such as sitfly, stand and head down position.
